POI Broker
Points of Interest management and maps configuration
POI Broker is the Points of Interest back-office administration module enabling independent remote control over points of interest and related contents.
Users can access POI Broker web interface through secure online authentication with username and password. Admin features allow to produce and publish thematic maps, tourist guides and “ad hoc” driving instructions, to manage groups and categories of personalized POIs and to create, modify and delete associated contents without requiring any technical skill.
Features
- Category management: definition and management of custom Points of Interest categories and association of predefined or custom icons to points of interest categories
- Points Of Interest: create, modify and delete custom points of interest
- GeoCoding: direct and/or inverse points of interest geocoding (from address to coordinates or from click on the map to address)
- Content Management: create content attributes (text and images) associated to each point of interest and enable content-based searches
- Itineraries: create and publish thematic itineraries along a route with distance and traveling time calculation
- Polygons: create and publish colored polygons on interactive cartography to highlight geographic sectors (ie fencing limited access area)
- Graphic layout: management of graphic maps layout assets like navigation interface, colors, text style, logo, etc.
- Profile Management: creation and privilege administration of authorized users according to organization’s business rules.
