Telecom Italia's Info412 Mobile is the first `info- mobility' service aimed at end users in Italy. Info412 Mobile helps guide users to selected points of interest via NAVTEQ map data and interactive map services from UbiEst. Users can access personalised information, such as the closest cinema (with programme listings) or pharmacy (with opening hours) to the registered address or horoscopes for that user's birth month or even share prices for the user's investment portfolio. Users can also calculate routes to other destinations either by car (the shortest or the longest, with or without motorways etc) or for pedestrians. All of this data can then be displayed on the interactive maps.The service is compatible with GPRS, wi-fi and Bluetooth.
