UbiEst is not a stand-alone reality. It was born as a part of a precise and complex industrial network envolving 8 other companies under the Elda Ingegneria Group. Each firm attends a specific industrial complementary branch with vertical competences, specialized focus and synergic approach. 

ELDA Ingegneria S.p.A. has been in the Information Technology sector since the early 1980s. Its initial activities were focused on the development of application software for civil engineering and land management for public authorities and engineering offices.

During the 1990s, ELDA Ingegneria extended its field of activity to new sectors, and set itself up in the form of a holding company that now controls 7 companies, each focused on specific markets.

The mission of the ELDA Ingegneria Group is to contribute towards creating value and growth for its customers, employees, and the society in general through the application and development of information technology, quality, and innovation. The Group’s strategic development is based on attention to all aspects of innovation – technological, organisational, and market-oriented, as well as the constant search for ever more advanced solutions.

Human resources
The first and most important resource in the ELDA Group, is our people, young and highly specialized: 75% of our employees are between 25 and 35 years of age, more than 50% are university graduates, and the other have technical diplomas. A good deal of attention and investment goes into regular training and upgrading courses.
