Infocall

Infocall S.p.A. was created to operate offering “Directory Assistance” services for telephone company customers and cellphone and internet users. The aim of it’s creation was to reach a prime position amongst those companies which operate in the sector both in Italy and abroad.

Infocall carries out its operative activities through its Data Centre in Sorrento. The management of this centre is entrusted to Italian and American technical staff with vast experience in this field, having been responsible for the creation of several similar projects abroad.

Infocall is able to offer a large range of services, some of which are similar to those already offered by other suppliers, such as:

Telephone directory database
Company information both in Italy and abroad
Information regarding Restaurants and Bars, Hotels and Chemists
General Information

Infocall also allows users immediate access “on line” to the switchboards of about thirty countries (including Europe and North America), with direct access to their databases. These services are not currently offered by any other operators in this sector.

Infocall will be developing new services in the “Directory Assistance” sector helped by the know-how provided by our American partner and through other collaboration and partnerships both in Italy and abroad.
Infocall is studying and testing new services to meet the ever-increasing demands of its customers.
